Cannot run the instalator

Hello everyone, I managed to run this game on windows 10 with no problems, but now I have a new computer with windows 10 as well and I cannot even run the instalator. I get this error message:

"Required 2D/3D video modes not found (acceleration/d3d disabled, unsuitable card or not enough video memory)
Please check your video card installation
Note an 8Mb 3D video card is required (4Mb display+4Mb texture memory)"

My GPU is Intel UHD Graphics 620, drivers are up to date and basically it should be working alright. Does anybody have any idea how to solve this?

I'm not quite sure, but perhaps the drivers aren't compatible with the game... or something... ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
